We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commi I - Pastry section to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will support the Chef in daily production, maintaining high quality standards and ensure consistency in the all dishes been prepared.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing,baking and presenting all pastry and dessert items
- Follow our standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation
- Ensure proper storage. labelling and rotation of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstation all the time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as Commi I in Pastry section
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, and basic bakery items
- Good communication and team work skills
- Flexibility with shift timings.
- Transferable visa
