We are looking for a experienced and passionate Commi III ( Cold kitchen / Sandwich maker) to join our culinary team. The candidate will assist in assembling and preparing a variety of cold dishes, salads and sandwiches while following hygiene standard and consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble cold dishes, sandwiches and salads as per the standard recipes.
  • Ensure freshness, quality and proper storage for all the cold kitchen ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen all the time
  • Follow HACCP

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the similar role ( Cold kitchen / Sandwich preparation)
  • Knowledge on Food hygiene and food safety
  • Ability to work under pressue.
  • Must be transferable visa
  • Good communication skills in English
