This role involves setting up and operating a 6-color flexographic printing press to produce high-quality prints on various materials.

Responsibilities:
  1. Press Setup: Mounts rubber plates and printing dies on the cylinder, installs the cylinder on the shaft, and secures it in the press bed.
  2. Ink Management: Fills dye fonts with the required inks or dyes.
  3. Print Adjustments: Adjusts the position of the cylinder to ensure accurate color registration.
  4. Roll Handling: Secures paper or plastic rolls on the press and splices them as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of flexographic printing principles and practices.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with similar machinery is highly valued.
