The Printing Machine Operator runs large-format digital printers to produce high-quality graphics, banners, signs, and other print materials. This role includes setting up machines, ensuring print quality, performing routine maintenance, and following safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate wide-format digital printers, adjusting settings for different media and print requirements.
  • Quality Control: Check prints for color accuracy, sharpness, and alignment, making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintenance: Perform regular machine maintenance, clean print heads, replace inks, and resolve minor technical issues.
  • Job Management: Follow work orders, track job progress, and keep accurate records of print jobs.
  • Material Handling: Properly store and handle print media and supplies to avoid damage and reduce waste.
  • Health & Safety: Follow safety protocols when handling inks and chemicals, and keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Collaboration: Work with design and production teams to ensure print jobs meet specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of 4-5 years in Printing Industry is must.
  • Experience with wide-format digital printers (e.g., HP, EFI, Canon, Epson, Roland).
  • Understanding of print processes, color management, and media handling.
  • Basic computer skills for print software operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Candidates should be from India/Sri-Lanka/Bangladesh, as visa sponsorship is available for candidates.
