Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Specialist to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing commercial activities related to contract negotiations, cost estimation, bidding, and commercial activities during contract execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company standards.
  2. Lead and manage the preparation and submissions of bids, tenders, and proposals, including required coordination with the engineering team.
  3. Conduct cost estimation, price analysis, and evaluate RFQs to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  4. Manage commercial activities during contract execution, such as VO negotiation, delivery, and payment collection.
  5. Assess and mitigate credit risks by providing insights on payment terms, guarantees, and financial stability of clients.
  6. Promote and develop new businesses through PQ applications.
  7. Prepare detailed reports on commercial activities, bidding outcomes, and contract performance for internal stakeholders.
  8. Make and follow-up forecasts of order taking, revenue, and cash flow.
  9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and engineering, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  11. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to support business development.
  12. Assist project managers in resolving contractual issues related to site acquisition.
  13. Prepare and develop comprehensive reports and updates to the HOD (Commercial), providing insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
