HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L is seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Kuwait.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in welding inspection and fabrication of military equipment and ferrous/non-ferrous metals. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Army Technical manuals and AWS Welding Code requirements, as well as the ability to work effectively in a shop environment and outdoors.

About the Role
  • Job Summary: Perform inspections and repairs on Body Work, Welding, Canvas, and Machining of military vehicles and customer requested metal fabrications IAW Army Technical manuals and AWS Welding Code requirements.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct initial, in-progress, and final inspections on Body, Canvas, and Welding repairs and Metal Fabrications to ensure work performed is IAW applicable Army Regulations, Technical Manual & Industry Standards.
    • Perform field/sustainment level technical inspection on fabrication, repair, and modifications of metallic and nonmetallic parts.
    • Conduct field/sustainment level technical inspection and supervision on welding activities of classified/unclassified components belonging to track and wheeled vehicle.
    • Determine type and quantity of material, and order material required to perform repair or fabrication IAW customer work request.
    • Assist in coaching subordinate welders in ensuring all current Internal Operating Procedures (IOP) and quality regulations are complied with.
    • Complete and review work order documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Requirements:
    • High School Graduate or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2 years in Welding Inspection.
    • Certifications: American Welding Society (AWS) certified.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with employees and management of all levels.
