Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer - Visual Identity Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Intermarkets Kuwait. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and delivering high-quality design solutions that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce big ideas and conceptual designs to translate clients' strategies into impactful creative messages
* Gather data about competition and target audience to produce relevant creative work
* Work directly with the creative team, clients, and senior management
* Develop innovative design concepts and visual solutions for various advertising campaigns
* Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
* A minimum of 5 years experience working in the creative design field
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
* Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects
* Quick and prompt in delivering work
* Able to cope with an extensive workload and heavy pressure to meet deadlines without sticking to official working hours
* Creative conceptualization and artistic ability in producing all kinds of requirements
* Able to work independently on projects from concept to execution
* A strong track record of winning new business
* Honest and friendly character with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment
