Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Description:

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Intermarkets Kuwait, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and delivering high-quality design solutions that resonate with our target audience. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to produce compelling graphics for various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conceptualize and develop big ideas and designs that translate clients' strategies into impactful creative messages, striving for excellence.

* Gather data about competition and target audience to produce relevant creative work.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the creative team, clients, and senior management, to ensure that all design projects align with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.

* A minimum of 5 years' experience working in the creative design field.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.

* Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.

* Flexibility to establish excellent communications internally within the agency and with clients when needed.

Required Skills:

* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

* Quick and prompt in delivering work.

* Able to cope with an extensive workload and heavy pressure to meet deadlines without sticking to official working hours.

* Creative conceptualization and artistic ability in producing all kinds of requirements, whether a press ad, TV commercial, online content, videos, animations, website creation, collaterals, etc.

* Able to work independently on projects from concept to execution.
