Transform Visual Storytelling at NBK Wealth

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Communications team in Kuwait. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual content that brings our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design visually striking artworks and multimedia that communicate our brand's message
  • Develop brand collateral, including pitchbooks, PPMs, website layouts, social media campaigns, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Elevate communication materials by designing immersive presentation decks, graphs, infographics, and visuals that simplify complex information
  • Champion brand cohesion by ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment across all organizational initiatives
  • Coordinate printing and production processes to ensure flawless delivery of communication materials
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful projects
  • Proven success in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, internal communication strategies, and branded content for various mediums
  • Mastery of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools
  • Advanced presentation design skills in PowerPoint, capable of producing visually compelling and data-driven decks
  • Strong understanding of branding and corporate identity, with the ability to maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in every project
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams
