The role of Regional Learning and Development Specialist – Kuwait & Oman demands a strategic thinker who can drive business growth through effective learning and development initiatives. Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies that address the unique needs of retail teams, emphasizing product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Leverage Microsoft Office tools to create engaging training materials, such as presentations, guides, and reports, that support the success of retail teams.
  • Maintain open communication channels with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Promote the company's products and services as a subject matter expert in-store, fostering strong relationships with customers and driving business results.
Essential Requirements:
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
