F/A-18 Flight Instructor Role

We require skilled F-18 pilots to join our team as Contractor Instructor Pilots. As an F/A-18 flight instructor, you will be responsible for delivering world-class training programs to Kuwait Air Force pilots.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver customized training sessions for pilots in F/A-18 aircraft.
  • Develop and maintain aircrew training materials and courseware.
  • Collaborate with operations and training staff to create instructional material and evaluation criteria.
  • Set and enforce training standards and qualifications for KAF pilots.

Qualifications:

  • Pilot wings obtained through a US Navy, Marine Corps, or USAF undergraduate pilot training program.
  • Completion of US Navy or Marine Corps F/A-18 qualification training or other approved fighter program.
  • At least 800 hours of Pilot-In-Command and/or Instructor Pilot experience in the F/A-18 aircraft or other approved fighter aircraft.
  • A valid US Secret Security Clearance.
  • Able to secure a work visa.
