Job Summary

The Door Attendant role is critical in setting the tone for our guests' stay. This position involves interacting with visitors, ensuring their needs are met, and creating a positive first impression.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests on arrival, provide assistance with luggage, and maintain regular contact with repeat guests
  2. Park guests' cars on the hotel premises, offer driving services when necessary, and ensure vehicle cleanliness and safety
  3. Stay updated on hotel services, VIPs, and special events
  4. Foster a professional image, emphasizing hospitality and guest service

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this position, candidates should have:

  • Experience in the hotel, leisure, or retail industry
  • A valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Strong personal presentation and excellent communication skills
  • A calm and courteous demeanor
  • Knowledge of the local area and country (desirable)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
