Hotel Ambassador

A Door Attendant plays a pivotal role in creating a warm welcome for our guests. This position requires frequent interaction with visitors, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage
• Maintain regular contact with repeat guests and visitors
• Park guests' cars on the hotel premises as required
• Provide a driving service to guests as needed
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all hotel vehicles
• Stay informed about hotel services, VIPs, and special events
• Be knowledgeable about local attractions and landmarks
• Project a professional image with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in the hotel, leisure, or retail sector
• A valid driver's license with no outstanding restrictions or infringements
• Excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
• A calm, courteous, and discreet demeanor
• A good knowledge of the area and country (preferable)
• A passion for working on a team and independently
