Porter and Concierge

The Door Attendant is responsible for creating a warm welcome for our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and setting the tone for their stay.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests on arrival, provide assistance with luggage, and maintain regular contact
• Park guests' cars on the hotel premises, offer driving services when necessary, and ensure vehicle cleanliness and safety
• Stay updated on hotel services, VIPs, and special events
• Develop a professional image, emphasizing hospitality and guest service

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

• Previous experience in the hotel, leisure, or retail industry
• A valid driver's license with no restrictions
• Strong personal presentation and excellent communication skills
• A calm and courteous demeanor
• Knowledge of the local area and country (desirable)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
