About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tetra Pak Maintenance Professional to join our team at KDD. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our filling and distribution solutions and equipment by Tetra Pak.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the plant maintenance department in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls throughout the factory and repair equipment as needed.
  • Perform independent troubleshooting on equipment and conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify failure reasons.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant staff regarding technical issues and participate in the installation of necessary rebuilding or upgrades.
  • Keep relevant staff informed about ongoing service activities and any issues that may impact maintenance timelines or quality.
  • Maintain good working relationships with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with company safety regulations and requirements.
  • Comply with all reporting obligations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience as a Tetra Pak Equipment Engineer or similar role with a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of at least 3 platforms of Tetra Pak filling equipment (TBA/8, TBA/19, TBA/22, A3 Compact Flex, A3 Flex, A3 Speed).
  • Strong knowledge and functional understanding of Tetra Pak distribution equipment including Straw Applicator, Cap Applicator, Multi packers, and Cardboard packers.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms of GE Fanuc and Allen Bradley.
  • Proficiency in English.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure compliance.
