About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Premium Dining Team Lead and take on a leadership role in our premium dining venues.

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations, leading a team of stewards, and developing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations Management: Manage the daily operations of the premium dining venues, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and high standards for quality and cleanliness are consistently met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise a team of stewards, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities, and perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the dining venues, ensuring all staff is trained and adheres to these procedures.
  • Collaboration with Culinary Team: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure all dishes are served in a timely and efficient manner and the kitchen and dining areas are always clean and well-maintained.
  • Growth Strategies: Work with the management team to develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and increasing revenue for the premium dining venues.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of all dining room supplies and ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, and all health and safety regulations are met.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a five-star hotel or similar luxury hospitality environment, with a minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of stewards.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Hospitality Passion: A passion for hospitality, with a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
  • Flexible Schedule: A flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage Operations: Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and health and safety regulations.
