We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Ambassador to join our team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of sales experience within a luxury brand and excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

Job Description

As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing an inspirational and luxurious shopping experience to our clients.

You will support peers and colleagues in the efficient running of the boutique and demonstrate excellent product knowledge to achieve store targets.

You will welcome all clients/prospects entering the store, grant extraordinary service, and establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers to the brand.

You will also manage the sales process, contribute to the store and service KPIs achievement, and register clients' data in the dedicated system for future contact and client development purposes.

You will perform all CRM one-to-one activities, apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines, and ensure that all front areas of the shop are clean and products are displayed as per VM guidelines.

You will also perform After Sales service front office activities directly related to final customers, acting as a proactive point of reference and assuring that customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored.

You will participate in online training modules and defined training sessions to develop your knowledge on different topics.

Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of sales experience within a luxury brand
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Strong business awareness and the ability to network for prospective clients outside of the store
  • Proficiency in English written and verbal
  • Knowledge of BVLGARI products, selling skills, and store procedures
