Job Description

The Loyalty Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and fostering loyalty. This key position involves leading the creation and ongoing management of a customer loyalty program that boosts lifetime value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive loyalty program strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Create tailored offers and rewards, ensuring clear value propositions for diverse customer segments.
  • Oversight of program roll-out and integration with various touchpoints, including loyalty platforms, ecommerce systems, website, mobile app, and CRM systems.
  • Regular assessment and refinement of program features and benefits based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with external vendors, brands, and service providers to enhance the scope of offers and rewards.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring mutual benefits and continued program success.

Critical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent campaign management skills, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and behavior tracking.
  • In-depth knowledge of loyalty program strategies, customer segmentation, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in managing loyalty programs, customer retention, or related roles within the customer experience domain.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a proven track record of strategic planning, campaign management, and using customer insights to develop business strategies.
