Senior E-commerce Professional

As a Senior E-commerce Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our online business.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce management, with expertise in developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior E-commerce Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of e-commerce strategies, managing teams, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage and optimize online sales channels, including websites, social media, and online marketplaces
  • Create and manage e-commerce budgets, including advertising and promotional spending
  • Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, SCM, branding, and product development teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across channels

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of progressive management experience in related e-commerce roles
  • At least 5 years as an e-commerce executive within online retail markets
  • Proficiency in MS Office, feasibility studies, business planning, data analysis, web design, database management, marketing, SEO, SEM
  • Knowledge of financial statements and reports
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Understanding of accounting, budgeting, and financial controls
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Physical and mental fitness for the role
