Job Overview

The Finance Operations Manager - IFRS Expert role at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L is a critical position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of engagements, focusing on technical accounting advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves participating in client proposals, leading teams, and providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and be able to conduct in-depth research on complex matters, applying critical thinking to provide clients with robust solutions.

The key responsibilities include:
  • Providing timely and high-quality work while fostering lasting client relationships.
  • Leveraging expertise to contribute to the delivery of accounting advisory projects, including complex accounting engagements, consolidations, financial statements review, and application of new IFRS standards.
  • Coordinating closely with engagement leaders to assist in executing account strategies.
  • Actively engaging in discussions to share insights on prospective client needs based on research.

They will actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring their daily work contributes to team priorities and business goals.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in public auditing and accounting, preferably with one of the big four.
  • Experience working on technical accounting advisory engagements is desired.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
  • International accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, or CPA) is desired.
  • Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking, and Writing).
  • Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
