About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in our Al-Kuwait office. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office by providing various support services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Phone Calls: Answer phone calls in a professional manner and respond to inquiries.
  2. Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and colleagues.
  3. Filing Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  4. Task Assistance: Assist with various tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
