Sales Director Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential distribution channels.

Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to develop accurate sales forecasts.
• Ensure that production aligns with sales demand.

Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Provide input on product offerings and pricing strategies.

Inventory Management:
• Oversee inventory levels of green and roasted coffee beans, packaging materials, and other supplies, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to keep the roasted coffee beans in stock.
• Coordinate the efficient packaging, labeling, and distribution of coffee products to customers and retail locations.
• Monitor transportation and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

Compliance and Regulations:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including food safety and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.

Process Improvement and Technology:
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales.
• Introduce new technologies or equipment as needed to improve sales and production.

Presentation and Data Analysis:
• Develop strong presentation skills for public speaking and communicating ideas to large groups.
• Project sales numbers to assess progress toward revenue goals and analyze individual and team sales performance over time.

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in business, sales and marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and production planning.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and industry standards.
• Solid understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM software to manage sales processes and forecast sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
