Job Title: Procurement Manager

Job Description

As a Procurement Manager at AIGCC Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives. You will manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with contracts and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify potential vendors and suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and agreements, and oversee the procurement process from purchase request initiation to final receipt and approval of goods. You will also coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and specifications, manage the procurement budget, and prepare cost analyses and reports. Furthermore, you will maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry's market trends and developments.

Requirements

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement processes.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices specific to the construction industry.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and services procurement.
* Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements in Kuwait and internationally.
* Ability to analyze market trends and financial data to make informed decisions.
