Your Background
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with our product suite.
  • Demonstrated expertise in scientific software systems, including CDS, SDMS, LIM, and ELN.
