  6. Handling VAT and other tax-related filings in compliance with Kuwait's regulations.
  7. Assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting for real estate projects.
  8. Supporting audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  9. Collaborating with property managers, tenants, and vendors on financial matters.
  10. Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to investigate and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and other relevant software.
