We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at United Real Estate Company (URC). This role is responsible for coordinating all activities that help maintain URC's subsidiaries' IT infrastructure and ensure maintenance of hardware and technology components.
Key Responsibilities:- Infrastructure Management: Work towards providing support for escalated troubleshooting requirements, perform necessary systems maintenance in accordance with industry best practices and company policies, automate routine procedures, maintain servers and create monitoring reports and logs.
- Contributes towards Optimal Efficiency of IT Infrastructure: Maintain an understanding of new and emerging technologies and suggest solutions to ensure optimal use of IT infrastructure, evaluate and suggest new products/solutions to increase efficiency and performance, ensure low downtime for networks and related services, test and evaluate new technologies before deployment, conduct performance analysis on existing systems and utilize the results to tune systems accordingly.
- System Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with hardware maintenance agreements, ensure that the user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security, compliance, and access policies, participate and provide inputs towards implementation of various hardware policies and procedures/support along with its maintenance.
