To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Four or more years of experience in marketing, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local and regional market dynamics is a plus.
• Fluency in the local language(s) required; additional languages preferred.
