Job Summary

This Senior AV Support Specialist will oversee video teleconferencing equipment and provide technical assistance to users in a dynamic operations environment.

About the Role
  • Evaluate and ensure VTC systems meet security regulations.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues with large-scale voice/video teleconferencing systems.
  • Operate and maintain VTC equipment for conferences and presentations, guaranteeing seamless communication.
  • Handle classified materials and manage property accountability for Vectrus assets.
  • Provide IT support for conference room briefings and presentations 24/7, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Train users on VTC equipment operation and troubleshooting protocols, enhancing their technical capabilities.
  • Assist with physical cable installations and maintenance of AV systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with telecommunications, electronics, or technical control training preferred.
  • One year of related experience may substitute for education.
  • Meet AR 25-2 requirements for NIPRNET access and possess a valid Secret Clearance.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of military and government telecommunications and electronics principles.
  • Ability to obtain a Kuwait driver's license with heavy vehicle endorsement.
  • Preferred certifications include Infocom CTS, Extron AV Associate, AMX, ACE-D, ACE-I, ACE-P.
  • 1-3 years' experience with VTC suites and PA systems.
  • Excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills.
