Responsibilities- Manage communication with Business Risk Officers (BROs) to ensure they are familiar with the Operational Risk framework and their accountabilities.

- Ensure BROs complete assessments of operational risks, report outcomes to business units, and review internal and external audit reports to provide an independent opinion on the need for controls.
- Operational Risk Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in operational risk management, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and risk management principles is essential for this role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business units and risk officers, is critical for success in this position.
