We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management professional to support the development and implementation of risk strategies, initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk management strategies and objectives in line with best practices.
- Maintain relationships with clients (cedents and brokers) while ensuring compliance with Underwriting policies and procedures.
- Generate reports on reinsurance underwriting performance highlighting main issues.
- Examine reinsurance proposals, calculate risks, and determine premiums.
- Collect background information, assess risk, and judge business opportunities.
- Draft reinsurance policies and terms.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new products/initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
