About this role

We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic Channel Sales Manager to help with company expansion.

  • Lead all operations to ensure the profitability of our affiliate, including recruitment and training, writing budgets and reports, and assessing performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Channel Manager, with experience in formulating and achieving sales target plans, managing channel price systems and rebates, and end-to-end monitoring and management of orders placed by national distributors and delivery of goods to stores.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for formulating customer leveling and grading systems, designing agent and downline customer rebates and their KPIs, and proposing avoidance plans for risk points in channel business.

In addition, they will understand the purpose and method of customer leveling and grading, design a reasonable leveling and grading system, and customer promotion and demotion process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake national SI and ST targets, and formulate and achieve sales target plans.
  2. Select and manage agents, as well as design channel price systems and rebates.
  3. Monitor and manage orders placed by national distributors and delivery of goods to stores.
  4. Formulate customer leveling and grading systems.
  5. Design agent and downline customer rebates and their KPIs.
  6. Propose avoidance plans for risk points in channel business.
  7. Manage national channel internal control, identifying channel internal control risks.
  8. Implement joint marketing, rebate, price protection, temporary incentive acceptance, and settlement standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  2. 3 years of proven experience as a Channel Manager (Smart Services Industry).
  3. Familiarity with domestic market and channel customers.
  4. Able to carry out national channel strategy planning according to the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and current situation.
  5. Basic financial knowledge and understanding of price system design.
  6. Familiarity with channel business and understanding of business pain points.
  7. Data sensitivity and ability to discover the logic behind data.
  8. Risk awareness and ability to propose avoidance plans.
  9. Understanding of customer leveling and grading systems.
  10. Experience in channels GTM of new product launch.
