- This position involves leading operations to ensure the profitability of affiliate channels, including recruitment and training, budget formulation, and performance assessment.
In this key role, you will be responsible for national SI and ST targets, agent selection and management, channel price system design, and rebate formulation.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for achieving sales targets, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
You will also be responsible for end-to-end monitoring and management of orders placed by national distributors, delivery of goods to stores, and overseeing the national channel structure and strategy design.
- Evaluate market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and drive business results.
As an Experienced Sales Channel Manager, your duties will include:
- Formulating customer leveling and grading systems, designing reasonable leveling and grading processes, and managing customer promotion and demotion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risk points in channel business and propose avoidance plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Developing joint marketing, rebate, price protection, temporary incentive acceptance, and settlement standards to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Channel Manager in the Smart Services Industry, with a strong understanding of domestic markets and channel customers.
- Familiarity with channel business, basic financial knowledge, and ability to carry out national channel strategy planning according to competitor strengths and weaknesses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Risk awareness and ability to identify potential risks in channel business, propose avoidance plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and experience in channels GTM of new product launches.
This role is suitable for individuals with:
- Mid-senior level experience in sales and business development.
