Job Requirements

The Procurement and Contracts Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement and contract functions, ensuring that all procurement processes are compliant with company policies and procedures, and that all contractual obligations are met. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement and contract administration principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the procurement process, including tendering, evaluation, and award of contracts.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Provide advice and guidance on procurement and contract matters, including interpretation and enforcement of contract terms.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Degree level qualification in a commercial discipline, such as Business Administration, Law, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
  2. Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual documentation.
