Job Summary: As a Senior Social Media Executive at Alghanim Industries - Food And Beverage, you will serve as an online ambassador for our clients' brands. Your role will involve monitoring social media activity across various platforms and cultivating relationships with customers to ensure timely responses to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cordinated efforts to maintain consistency in social media presence
  • Responded promptly to customer reviews and comments on designated response times and in accordance with engagement plans
  • Maintained proactivity daily by updating channels according to pre-set guidelines
  • Monitored competitors and food industry trends through daily analysis of their websites and social media pages
  • Perform day-to-day activities for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Engaged consumers in conversations to generate leads and content about the company's brand
  • Prepared reports detailing follower growth, engagement rates, and recommended future strategies
  • Addressed customer complaints in a timely manner, escalating issues to relevant teams where necessary

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Possess strong writing and creative skills, as well as excellent organizational abilities under pressure
  • Familiarity with e-marketing principles and graphic design basics
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and communicate effectively
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with proficiency in digital marketing and social media management (preferably certified)
