Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve company objectives and expand market share. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development & Implementation: Develop and implement sales plans that align with the company's vision and objectives. Ensure effective execution to meet targets.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance and exceed sales goals.
  3. Market Analysis & Competitor Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Prepare periodic reports on sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
  6. Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Address daily challenges and implement effective solutions to enhance processes and achieve sales objectives.
  7. Negotiation & Contract Management: Participate in negotiations with clients and business partners, ensuring contracts are beneficial to the company.
