Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L, where you will play a key role in driving organizational success and supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, providing data-driven insights and solutions to inform business decisions.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning: Work with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, ensuring optimal talent deployment through effective workforce planning.
  3. Employee Relations and Engagement: Provide expert advice and support to employees, promoting a positive work environment and enhancing productivity and retention through targeted engagement initiatives.
  4. Performance Management and Development: Guide managers in developing and implementing performance management best practices, supporting talent development and succession planning to drive business success.
  5. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical HR practices, managing disciplinary processes and grievance handling effectively.
  6. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure competitive compensation structures, providing guidance on rewards and recognition programs to attract and retain top talent.
  7. Change Management and Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives by advising leaders on effective people strategies, driving cultural transformation and organizational development programs to achieve business objectives.
  8. HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to track key performance indicators, preparing insightful reports to inform HR strategies and business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a Master's qualification, and professional HR certification desirable.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an HRBP role, demonstrating a proven track record in HR strategy, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and partner with stakeholders, proficiency in HR systems and data analytics, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
