The Large Segment Team Leader/Manager role is responsible for driving sales performance and growth across large accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for large segments, aligned with Private Accounts Department Manager objectives.
- Oversight of account managers' sales plans, providing expertise and guidance to ensure strategic alignment.
- Frequent monitoring of account managers' sales performance against plans, identifying areas for improvement and agreeing on corrective actions.
- Coching of account managers on-the-job to enhance their competences and performance.
- Nurturing relationships with high-priority segment accounts and supporting account managers in acquiring new major accounts.
- Directing new business development efforts with existing and new large accounts.
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout sales interactions with large accounts.
- Accurate estimation of sales opportunities in the pipeline and presenting sales updates to the management team.
- Ownership of implementing business plan initiatives related to the Sales function.
- Coordination with support departments to ensure availability of training resources.
