Kuwait Polymer invites applications for the position of Operation Manager - Steel Equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading production planning, monitoring, and improvement initiatives to drive production efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of work schedules for the production department.
  • Maintain accurate records of production progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough cost estimations and prepare budgets for resource allocation.
