This role is centered around tool control and inventory management within the KAF at AAJB, Kuwait. The selected candidate will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of the Calibration/Tool Control/IMRL Program.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inventory management of hand tools, test equipment, and IMRL equipment will be your primary responsibility.
- Maintaining accurate records of tool usage and user tracking within a database system is critical for efficient supply chain management.
- Frequent inspections will be conducted to assess the condition of tools and equipment, identifying any potential issues related to wear, defects, or damage.
- Coordination of calibration activities for tools and test equipment is also essential.
- Ordering new tools and equipment as needed, utilizing the KAF Supply system, is another critical task.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of tools and their uses is essential for this position.
- A High School Diploma is the minimum educational requirement.
- Proficiency in PC-based software applications, including databases and spreadsheets, is necessary for accurate data entry and supply chain management.
- Experience as a US Government or Contractor Tool Attendant would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
- No security clearance is necessary for this role.
