About this Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Inventory Management Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing inventory management strategies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our supply chain operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure supply chain operations meet regulatory requirements
  • Conduct inspections to ensure product meets specifications
  • Conduct inventories to verify physical presence of equipment
  • Ensure compliance with government and corporate regulations, company SOPs, and directives
  • Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the Quality Management System
  • Identify and advise leadership regarding problems within technical areas as required
  • Actively engage in promoting a workplace free from environmental, health, and safety-related hazards
  • Maintain crosstalk with QA/COR representatives
  • Coordinate with Shop Supervisor when problems arise
  • Cross-train when required to ensure maximum flexibility and possession of technical skills
  • Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and GCSS-A
