The Supply Technician is a vital position within our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. Reporting directly to the Supply Lead, this individual will oversee and execute logistics services in support of the LOGCAP V contract.

About the Role

This challenging role requires a comprehensive understanding of the US Army Supply System, including both Wholesale and Retail Operations. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Military and commercial equipment, as well as sets, kits, and outfits (SKOs). Experience with property accountability and warehouse operations is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including storage, inventories, and preparation of accountability documentation.
  • Examine stock to verify quantities and conformance to specifications.
  • Store materiel in bins, on the floor, on shelves, or in containers according to identifying information.
  • Compile reports on stock usage, inventory adjustments, and stock records.
  • Prepare CDRLs for inventory, receipts, issues, and other support requirements.
  • Fulfill orders or issue supplies from stock.
  • Maintain periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.
  • Apply identifying codes, figures, letters, or marks on articles using labeling equipment.
  • Make adjustments to articles carried in stock.
  • Determine methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering environmental factors.
  • Move or transport materiel or supplies to other Departments using material handling equipment.
  • Ensure physical security of sensitive items and store them according to Army Regulations.
  • Maintain inventory and stock records using computer terminals.
  • Receive, store, and sort unserviceable equipment and supplies for disposal.
  • Evaluate work performance of logistics personnel to ensure compliance with Contract requirements.
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma; an Associate Degree is preferred.
  • Certification in GCSS-Army or other STAMIS is required.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a successful NACI background for a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Experience in logistics and warehousing, preferably with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Related Military experience in Supply and Logistics is highly desired.
  • A functional knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Military supply accountability.
  • Working knowledge of Supply Room operations and inventory management.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
