International hospital Kw is seeking a skilled Admission Officer to join our team. As an Admission Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a high university degree or equivalent, and at least two years' experience in a similar position in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Arabic and English, with strong computer skills and knowledge of customer service principles. They will also have excellent phone etiquette, be available to work shifts, and have outstanding communication skills both written and verbally.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Job Responsibilities
  • Listen well to patients to ensure their needs are understood
  • FOLLOW patient identification processes through Civil ID and insurance card
  • Request required documents for delivery & D & C cases, and gynecology cases
  • Update patient data before admission
  • Complete billing process for cash patients
  • Check approval conditions before admission
  • Collect down payment for rejected codes, prostheses, or items
  • Inform Supervisor by phone about any unpaid service
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High university degree or equivalent
  • At least two years' experience in a similar position in a hospital setting
  • Proficient in Arabic and English
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Able to work shifts
