About the Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Administrator to join our team at Leidos. As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting US Army Central Command G2 in Kuwait. Your main tasks will include administering and maintaining virtual environments (VMware) and physical hosts, managing users, groups and permissions with Active Directory, and implementing disaster recovery and COOP plans, systems, and operations in coordination with the Network team and other organizations.

Main Duties:

  • Duty hours on-site are 12‐hours per day, 7 days a week, and are subject to local labor law.
  • On‐call 24x7, including weekends and holidays.
  • Manage users, groups and permissions with Active Directory.
  • Administer and maintain storage devices (NetApp) across multiple locations.
  • Work with teammates as needed to document service structure, network, and server/storage architecture and ensure data security and availability for customers both local and remote.

Requirements:

  • Active DoD Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) required.
  • HS Diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience, Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Active 8570/8140 IAT II (or higher) Baseline Certification, such as: Security+|ce.
  • Customer oriented with excellent oral and written communications skills.
