About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Leidos. As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting US Army Central Command G2 in Kuwait. Your primary responsibilities will include administering and maintaining Windows servers, desktops, and laptops as part of the overall systems architecture across multiple networks and locations.

Main Tasks:

  • Duty hours on-site are 12‐hours per day, 7 days a week, and are subject to local labor law.
  • On‐call 24x7, including weekends and holidays.
  • Implement disaster recovery and COOP plans, systems, and operations in coordination with the Network team and other organizations.
  • Basic network troubleshooting in support of the datacenter and workstation/LAN connectivity.
  • Work with teammates as needed to document service structure, network, and server/storage architecture and ensure data security and availability for customers both local and remote.

Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) required.
  • HS Diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience, Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Active 8570/8140 IAT II (or higher) Baseline Certification, such as: Security+|ce.
  • Active Computing Environment certification, Associate or higher, such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), NetApp, etc.
  • Customer oriented with excellent oral and written communications skills.
