About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Help Desk Support professional to join our team at American International University. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and effective support for desktop computers and peripherals
  2. Assist with domain access and email registration
  3. Administer Active Directory
  4. Install, set up, and configure PC systems
  5. Maintain and troubleshoot network servers and equipment
  6. Offer training and support for grade quick and edline
  7. Support administrators plus and IT-network maps
  8. Set up laptops and projectors for presentations
  9. Test new application updates
  10. Provide IT orientation for new staff members

  6. Follett Destiny Library Manager Program

  10. Textbook Distribution Server
  11. SMS Manager
  12. Symantec Backup Application
  13. NO32 Anti-virus Application
  14. Bell System
  15. CCTV System
Qualifications:
  1. BS degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  2. Training certificate(s) related to IT Help Desk Support
  3. 3-5 years of experience administering help desk
