Civil Engineering Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our civil engineering department. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical knowledge to drive project success, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget parameters.
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives, engaging stakeholders and evaluating resource availability for optimal efficiency.
  • Create detailed project plans to monitor progress, implementing verification techniques to manage changes and utilizing performance metrics to measure success.
  • Nurture client relationships and maintain open communication with stakeholders, conducting risk assessments to mitigate potential risks.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the field, with proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
  • Hold a valid PMP Certificate and be proficient in AutoCAD 2016, with knowledge of Primavera.
  • Valid Kuwaiti driver's license and meet the transferable residency requirements outlined in Article 18.
