Job Description: As a Radio Systems Lead Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in performing full-range vehicle radio systems maintenance at the field level. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Guide and manage a team of radio systems technicians
- Perform full-range vehicle radio systems maintenance at the field level
- Troubleshoot equipment, diagnose problems, and perform corrective actions
- Order required repair parts using appropriate parts manuals and/or automated systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years' experience in communication maintenance
- One year leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of test equipment
- Collaborative work style fostering cooperation and teamwork
