As a Tier I Help Desk Associate at Trace Systems Inc., you will be responsible for providing initial technical support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field trouble calls via the phone and computer trouble ticketing system.
  • Perform laptop imaging and other routine tasks.
  • Conduct basic IP troubleshooting and resolve network issues.
  • Build user accounts on the domain and assign permissions.
  • Troubleshoot printer issues and map shared printers.
  • Document trouble calls and computer/network actions for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).
  • US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and contract requirements.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with IT systems.
  • Minimum of four (4) years in IT customer support and two (2) years experience in a military environment.
  • Must have the following required certifications: Network+ and Security+CE.
