Technical Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical support activities such as spares, warehousing, maintenance, transportation, shipping, fielding, equipment operator training, contractor equipment operators, field support representatives (FSRs), systems sustainment, design engineering, and asset visibility management of the Integrated Base Defense (IBD) and Force Protection (FP) systems family.
The Technical Support Representative will install, repair, and service electronic equipment including computers, radar, missile control, avionics, and communications in field installations. They will also coordinate with customers or supervisors to plan equipment layout, study blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specifications to determine installation procedures, and oversee or perform installation of equipment per manufacturer's specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- At least 5 years of technical support, maintenance, and repair experience supporting Army tactical units.
- Active SECRET US Government Clearance required. US Citizenship is mandatory to maintain this clearance.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of electronic systems. They will also be able to provide exceptional customer service and work well under pressure.
