Luxury Sales Expert

In a dynamic and ever-evolving retail environment, the Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving commercial success. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales advisors, ensuring they possess a deep understanding of the brand's strategy and are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve style expertise and client satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture through regular one-to-one meetings and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement individual action plans to enhance skills and drive business growth.
Business Development and Strategy
The Sales Manager will work closely with the Boutique Manager to develop and implement the boutique's overall business strategy. This includes identifying opportunities for growth, analyzing market trends, and making data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Boutique Manager to set and achieve commercial objectives.
- Monitoring sales performance and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory management and improve sell-through rates.
Brand Ambassadorship
As a Brand Ambassador, you will embody the values and image of the luxury brand. Your primary responsibility is to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences that align with the brand's guidelines and standards.
This includes:
- Participating in client events and promoting the brand's products and services.
- Ensuring that all interactions with clients reflect the brand's values and image.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
